2.5% Commission for all apartments sold
Broker VIP Club:
o Gold Status: 3% commission offered to brokers who have sold more than 1 residence at the Classic
o Platinum Status: 3.5% commission offered to brokers who have sold more than 2 condos at the Classic
Broker of the Month Award:
Each month the sales team identifies a broker who exhibited exceptional poise, job knowledge and enthusiasm during a sales transaction at the Classic. Each award winner receives a gift certificate to one of Downtown Stamford’s numerous restaurants.
